Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products may be ineligible for return if they show signs of wear or hair.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
